Meeting to Discuss OMM's Future Expansion
There will be a meeting to discuss the future of Our Mother of Mercy and the use of the school property Monday, August 19 at 7 p.m. in the Cristo Rey High School building. As you may know, the school has moved; I need your input to help make a wise decision as to what God wills for our future. Apologies for the short notice—I have just been given the financial expenses this week.
Weekday Masses and Adoration
Daily masses have resumed at 7 a.m. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Adoration on Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Confessions will be heard from 7:40 a.m. to noon
KPC Social Outreach Project
The Junior Knights and Junior Daughters are collecting travel-sized toiletries for their annual Brown Bag Luncheon with at least 200 people experiencing homelessness in Fort Worth. These items include: Soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, shaving cream, towelettes, lotion, and combs. Place your donations in the plastic bin in the church vestibule through Sunday, August 31. Thank you for your generosity, and God bless you!
2019 Legacy Celebration

Virtus (formerly Safe & Sacred) Classes
Everyone involved in a ministry is required to have an up-to-date certificate for Safe & Sacred, now called Virtus. These classes give guidelines and signs to recognize when something may be bothering our children/grandchildren to protect them. Father Jerome LeDoux went on to be with Our Heavenly Father on January 6 at 9:05 p.m. Father Paul Kahan, S.V.D. wrote: “We lost a good man, a caring and wonderful confrere. Kindly keep each other in our prayers. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.
